Sono felice dell'apertura di questo blog. C'è una rete di persone insofferenti che vogliono comunicare tra loro e ad altri in un'epoca in cui al proliferare di mezzi di informazione corrisponde un blocco della comunicazione sociale e politica. Rompere questa solitudine è un impegno.
Parlo a nome del gruppo che fa riferimento a Nursing in movimento e alla rivista Savar che partendo da un contesto professionale che opera all'interno della sanità sente il bisogno di occupare nuovi territori confinanti con l'etica e la politica e dare risposta alla richiesta di diritti, in particolare di salute, che le popolazioni della terra chiedono.
Un buon lavoro a tutti per l'azione di sabotaggio quotidiano contro i meccanismi dominanti di mercato alla quale siamo chiamati. Le nostre armi sono il buon senso la cratività, l'amore e la solidarietà.

Si direbbe che viviamo società igienizzate ovvero continuamente disinfettate e tendenti all’asepsi.
Non potremmo spiegare altrimenti l’enorme numero di coscritti nell’esercito di pulitori che, simbioticamente incastrati nelle loro macchine aspiranti, deceranti, lucidanti, aggrediscono chimicamente lo sporco in una guerra permanete contro i germi.
Quest’esercito della pulizia annovera lavoratori precari in regime di semischiavitù simile solo i flessibili dei “call center”; sono lavoratori impegnati per la maggior parte della giornata, osservano un assurdo regime normativo interno, sono malpagati e tenuti sotto costante ricatto di licenziamento.
Il risultato è che quanto più questi lavoratori atipici sono precarizzati, tanto più si ostinano nella pulizia, nella lotta contro lo sporco, nell’asservimento alla strategia igienizzante dei datori di lavoro.
Si direbbe che viviamo società tendenzialmente ossessionate dalla pulizia, terrorizzate dalla sporcizia e dalle infezione.
Se da un canto infatti, l’esercito di pulitori in continuo servizio lavorativo, provvedono alla sterilizzazione degli spazi di vita, dall’altra vengono lanciate campagne di vaccinazione di massa al fine di tenere lontani dalle città, virus e batteri; quando la paura diviene delirio paranoico, quando la minaccia d’infezione diviene senso di malattia fino alla possibile pandemia, i Ministeri della Sanità attraverso gli Ufficiali Medici Territoriali, somministrano antibiotici di copertura a largo spettro che aggrediscono come killer tutte le forme viventi.
La strategia ministeriale è evidentemente quella di soffiare sul fuoco della paura di ammalare e quindi di soffrire sino alla morte.
Ed anzi, quando la cifra della paura sociale è sotto un livello di guardia, ecco che l’azione mediatica mirata alla costituzione del “morbo del secolo”, si fa invadente, incessante, esplosiva sino a rendersi necessario il ricorso alle armi mediche per la ricomposizione del regime di paura diffusa: come fu per la peste, l’umanità ora sembra sotto minaccia di virus di distruzione di massa che prefigurano carneficine, putrefazioni muscolari, follia, paralisi respiratorie, autoamputazioni degli arti.
La storia della medicina di questi ultimi secoli è anche la storia della paura planetaria della sifilide, dell’AIDS, dell’ebola, della SARS, del morbo della mucca pazza e dell’influenza dei polli.
Ed è anche la storia del mutamento dei comportamenti umani nel senso della docilità proprio a partire dalla paura esagerata.
L’isolamento nei centri di detenzione temporanea delle persone in transito, la loro collocazione fuori dallo spazio urbano della vita, il loro isolamento medicalizzato può appunto trovare senso in questa ossessione per i cordoni sanitari come anche l’esame obiettivo dei corpi attraverso il rilievo della temperatura corporea negli aeroporti o anche l’obbligo al prelievo ematico per certe categorie di lavoratori, come condizione obbligatoria allo svolgimento della professione.
L’ossessione per l’igiene produce quarantene e il delirio del contagio, l’ipocondria collettiva producono l’invasione della medicina nella vita quotidiana.
Capita così di considerare come una forma del progresso scientifico e tecnologico, il libero accesso dei sistemi sanitari degli Stati, all’interno di spaventosi database contenenti informazioni sanitarie riservate, dati biometrici e biomedici.
Questi accessi spacciati come processi finalizzati alla realizzazione di condizioni di salute generalizzate, in realtà sono passaggi necessari alla ricerca ed alla sperimentazione medica ovvero sono meccanismi del potere sui corpi, finalizzati alla produzione ed alla commercializzazione di farmaci e presidi medicali che, offrendo apparente riparo dalle malattie contagiose, in realtà limitano le libertà e condizionano i comportamenti umani.
Ogni struttura organizzata è ormai medicalizzata, l’ossessione del potere sui corpi dei sudditi e sulle loro funzioni, ha raggiunto livelli di tecnocontrollo mai visti sino ad oggi, un vero e proprio regime sanitario sembra essersi definitivamente realizzato.
Tale regime che, come abbiamo visto, si pone come fine ultimo l’invasione e la conquista del corpo e dei suoi comportamenti, funziona solo nella misura in cui è in grado di costruire nelle società, stati di paura collettiva permanente che, in misura intermittente, si fanno vero e proprio delirio securitario.
Le professioni mediche sono allora sempre più professioni di polizia e le visite mediche possono essere percepite come perquisizioni (la presenza di personale sanitario a Genova ESF, nella caserma di Bolzaneto ed a fianco del famigerato G.O.M., ne è precisa traduzione), le cure mediche possono avere l’aspetto dell’inutile accanimento o addirittura della violenza sino alla punizione magari per una infezione il cui senso è legato ad un’idea di colpa per un comportamento sconveniente e amorale.
Le dittature militari sono sempre stracolme, oltre che dei soliti ecclesiasti, di medici e ricercatori pronti a tutto.
Ma non è solo in questi contesti che funzionano meccanismi quali lo stato di necessità, il trattamento sanitario obbligatorio, l’obbligo alla cura medica, il pericolo di vita, il pronto soccorso, l’area critica di emergenza e urgenza: una vastissima letteratura medica vicina al genere horror, ne descrive dettagliatamente i funzionamenti.
La ricerca e la pratica ostinata del consenso alla cura, l’eutanasia, la sottrazione a tutti questi meccanismi finalizzati alla raccolta di dati sanitari sulla persona, il rifiuto della terapia, sembrano allora costituire possibili vie di fughe verso il superamento della paura indotta dal potere medico.
Le professioni sanitarie scelgono la pace. Non ci possono essere dubbi la guerra provoca morte, sofferenze fisiche e psicologiche non possiamo condividerla!
A 60 anni dal giorno dello scoppio delle bombe atomiche sganciate dagli statunitensi sulle città di Hiroschima e Nagasaki vogliamo ricordare, affinchè quella catastrofe non debba accadere mai più.
